Deep Green Waste & Recycling, Inc. (the “Registrant”) is unable to file, without unreasonable effort or expense, its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 because the Registrant was not able to complete timely its financial statements without unreasonable effort or expense. The Registrant currently anticipates that its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 will be filed as soon as practicable, and no later than fifth calendar days following its prescribed due date.
