On October 24, 2023, the Aeglea BioTherapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) posted an updated corporate presentation (the “Corporate Presentation”) on its website. The Corporate Presentation includes, without limitation, non-clinical updates for the anti-TL1A antibody research program, SPY002, showing monomer and trimer binding at picomolar potencies. A copy of the Corporate Presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
