MSB Financial Corp. (the "Registrant") announced that its Board of Directors had today approved a stock repurchase plan to purchase up to 595,342 shares of the Registrant's common stock.  In connection with the repurchase plan, the Registrant entered into a Rule 10b5-1 plan with Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. As such purchases are dependent on various factors including market conditions, there can be no guarantee as to the timing or exact number of shares that are purchased.  It is anticipated that such repurchases will be made from time to time in open market transactions, through block trades or in privately negotiated transactions.
