SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	16. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On November 2, 2023, the Company issued 30,000 common shares for stock options exercised for gross proceeds of $96,900. On November 2, 2023, the Company issued 11,250 common shares for stock options exercised for gross proceeds of CDN$55,925.
