Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 18, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing the initiation of the Phase 2 portion of its Phase 1/2 study evaluating its lead candidate, masofaniten (formerly known as EPI-7386) in combination with Astellas and Pfizer’s antiandrogen enzalutamide. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
