STOCK REPURCHASE PROGRAMS	STOCK REPURCHASE PROGRAMSDuring the six months ended June 30, 2022, we repurchased approximately 19 million shares of our common stock for approximately $2.3 billion at an average cost of $119.69. These shares were purchased in the open market under our stock repurchase program authorized in July 2018. In June 2022, our Board of Directors authorized an additional stock repurchase program that provides for the repurchase of up to $15.0 billion of our common stock, with no expiration from the date of authorization. As of June 30, 2022, a total of approximately $2.8 billion and $15.0 billion remained available for future repurchases of our common stock under our July 2018 and June 2022 stock repurchase programs, respectively.
