Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On November 5, 2019, Shane Maltbie, the Vice President, Corporate Finance and interim principal accounting officer of Axcella Health Inc. (the “Company”), submitted notice to the Company of his resignation, effective November 29, 2019, to pursue another opportunity. The Company thanks Mr. Maltbie for his contributions.
