NOTE 9 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 9 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS COVID-19 On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared the novel strain of coronavirus (COVID-19) a global pandemic and recommended containment and mitigation measures worldwide. The Company is monitoring this closely, and although operations have not been materially affected by the coronavirus outbreak to date, the ultimate severity of the outbreak is uncertain. Further the uncertain nature of its spread globally may impact our business operations resulting from quarantines of employees, customers, and third-party service providers. At this time, the Company is unable to estimate the impact of this event on its operations. The Company evaluated its June 30, 2022 financial statements for subsequent events through August 9, 2022, the date the financial statements were available to be issued.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
