In July 2020, the Company issued and sold 6,900,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering (including the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase an additional 900,000 shares of the Company’s common stock) at a price of $26.00 per share for net proceeds of $167.9 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions of $10.8 million and offering expenses of $0.7 million. |
