Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On December 7, 2015, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of DAVIDsTEA Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Bruce J. Guerriero as a director, effective immediately, to fill the vacancy created by the passing of Thomas Stemberg on October 23, 2015.  The Board also appointed Mr. Guerriero as the chair of the Audit Committee.

 

Mr. Guerriero will be entitled to compensation under the Company’s non-employee director compensation policy.  There are no arrangements or understandings with any person pursuant to which Mr. Guerrieo was selected as a director.
