In connection with its Shareholders’ General Meeting (the “Meeting”) on June 27, 2023, Cellectis S.A. (the “Company”) adopted certain updates to the Company’s Bylaws. Filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto are Bylaws of the Company, updated as of June 27, 2023, restated to incorporate such updates.
