(1)Accounts receivable - trade, net includes trade notes receivable of $2 and $17 and is net of allowances for doubtful accounts of $10 and $5 at September 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021, respectively. Such allowances are equal to the estimated uncollectible amounts.

(2)Value added tax (“VAT”) and goods and services tax (“GST”) for various jurisdictions.

(3)Other receivables consist of derivative instruments, advances, other deposits and receivables under the transition services agreement with Draslovka Holding a.s. related to the sale of the Company’s Mining Solutions business and receivables under the terms of the MOU.
