17. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

The Board has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share of Class A common stock, which will be paid on March 22, 2023 to Class A common stockholders of record on March 8, 2023.

The Company has evaluated the impact of subsequent events through the date these financial statements were issued, and determined there were no subsequent events requiring adjustment or further disclosure to the financial statements besides those described in Note 13. “Transactions with Related Parties—Exchange Agreement” and Note 13. “Transactions with Related Parties—Sublease.”
