Remarks:

The Ordinary Shares of Mylan N.V. ("Mylan") described in this report are held directly by Abbott Products ("Abbott Products"). Abbott Laboratories ("Abbott") previously reported beneficial ownership of the Ordinary Shares described in this report and certain other Ordinary Shares of Mylan owned by Abbott Investments Luxembourg S.a r.l ("Abbott Luxembourg" and together with Abbott Products, the "Subsidiaries"), on a report on Form 3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on March 6, 2015. Each of the Subsidiaries is an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Abbott. In Abbott's capacity as the ultimate corporate parent of the Subsidiaries, Abbott may be deemed to indirectly beneficially own such Ordinary Shares for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and regulations of the SEC thereunder.
