Inovalon is affirming the following full-year 2017 guidance originally issued by the Company on February 22, 2017, with the exception that it is updating Non-GAAP diluted net income per share guidance to reflect the impact of share repurchases during the first quarter of 2017. Based on the Company’s execution of its share repurchase program through March 31, 2017, the Company is now assuming 145 million shares for the full year 2017, down from 148 million shares previously.
