Restaurant Brands International Inc. Meeting Notice Restaurant Brands International Inc. Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held in person at the offices of Restaurant Brands International Inc., 130 King Street West, Suite 300, Toronto, Ontario, M5X 1E1 on June 6, 2024 and virtually at https://web.lumiagm.com/472358988 at 8:00 a.m. (Eastern Time). Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations, where applicable.
