Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

On July 30, 2019, John Weinhardt resigned his position as a member of Unique Fabricating, Inc.'s Board of Directors.  Mr. Weinhardt's resignation from the Board of the Company did not result from any disagreement with the Company or any matter regarding the Company's operations, policies, or practices.
