Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 2, 2024, Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. issued a press release announcing the pricing of the offering of $550 million aggregate principal amount of 7.000% senior notes due 2030 by its subsidiaries, Park Intermediate Holdings LLC, PK Domestic Property LLC and PK Finance Co-Issuer Inc. The offering has been upsized from the previously announced amount of $450 million. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
