Note 13 - Revenue Recognition
Net revenue is primarily generated through the sales
 
of shell eggs and egg products. The Company’s
 
shell egg product offerings
include specialty and
 
conventional shell eggs.
 
Specialty shell eggs include
 
cage-free, organic,
 
brown, free-range, pasture-raised
and nutritionally enhanced eggs. Conventional shell eggs sales represent all other shell egg sales not
 
sold as specialty shell eggs.

Company’s
 
egg
 
products
 
offering
 
include
 
liquid
 
and
 
frozen
 
egg
 
products
 
and
 
hard-cooked
 
eggs.
 
Liquid
 
and
 
frozen egg
products are primarily sold to the institutional, foodservice and food manufacturing sectors. Hard-cooked eggs are sold primarily
within the foodservice and retail channels.
