Primary compensation for marketing activities on behalf of Lamont Financial Services lies in serving the municipal client as a sub-contractor under Lamont's Primary Contract with the client when they are selected. My resume and experience are used in RFP responses by Lamont when seeking new business in California. I am also compensated a fixed fee to maintain the relationships with existing clients and seek new assignments under "as needed" contracts.

In the event they are not a client under the definitions for this registration, Pop-Lazic & Co. would be affiliated with them due to the independent contractor relationship between us.
