Provide similar advice as that used in the Municipal Advisory activities but with respect to transactions in which municipal securities are not involved (including but not limited to 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit Transactions, Historic Tax Credit Transactions, New Markets Tax Credit Transactions, Student Housing Transactions and conventional commercial real estate and capital asset finance). As to Response Item 1(k): On 7/21/17 Applicant became a 16% owner of LDG ALF, LLC, and entity intended to develop for-profit assisted living communities (its ownership and operation and interest in such facilities is yet to be determined - and to date offers for development land have been made in Scottsdale, AZ and Baltimore, MD but no development is underway).
