Note 12 — Income Taxes

Due to our cumulative loss position, we have established a full valuation allowance against our deferred tax assets at September 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021. Due to our full valuation allowance, we have not recorded a provision for federal or state income taxes during either of the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022 or 2021.
