Item 7.01.  Regulation FD Disclosure

On December 30, 2014,Liberty Broadband Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Greg Maffei, President and CEO of the Company, will be presenting at the Citi Global Internet, Media and Telecommunications Conference, on Wednesday, January 7th at 12:30 p.m., P.S.T. (3:30 p.m., E.S.T.) at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.  During his presentation, Mr. Maffei may make observations regarding the Company's financial performance and outlook.
