Explanatory Note 

On August 29, 2024, Scinai Immunotherapeutics Ltd. issued a press release announcing that it has received formal notification from the Listing Qualification Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market that the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1) that requires listed companies to maintain stockholders’ equity of at least $2.5 million, and that it was now back in full compliance with all applicable listing requirements.
