(the “Company”) hereby requests, pursuant to Rule 461 promulgated under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, acceleration of the effectiveness of the above-referenced Registration Statement on Form F-1 and Registration Statement on Form 8-A (Collectively Called the ("Registration Statements")) so that such Registration Statements will become effective as of 9:00 A.M. on Friday, May 4, 2018, or as soon thereafter as practicable.
