Item 8.01. Other Events.
On June 10, 2015, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend to shareholders of its common stock. The Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share payable on June 30, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 22, 2015.
