Customer Acquisitions	Customer Acquisitions On March 3, 2015, the Company entered into a purchase and sale agreement for the purchase of approximately 25,800 residential and commercial natural gas contracts in Northern California for a purchase price of approximately $2.0 million. The transaction closed in April 2015. The purchase price will be capitalized as intangible assets - customer acquisitions to be amortized over a three year period as customers begin using natural gas under a contract with the Company.
