Customer Acquisitions	Customer Acquisitions During the fourth quarter of 2014, the Company entered into two purchase and sale agreements for the purchase of approximately 13,400 variable rate electricity contracts in Connecticut for a purchase price of approximately $2.2 million. The purchase prices are capitalized as intangible assets - customer acquisitions to be amortized over a three year period as customers begin using electricity under a contract with the Company. As of December 31, 2014 the Company had paid and capitalized approximately $1.5 million related to these purchases.
