Intangible assets are primarily amortized on an accelerated basis over periods ranging from one to fifteen years. The weighted-average period of amortization for all customer contracts and related customer relationships as of March 31, 2014 is 11.5 years, and the weighted-average remaining period of amortization is 11.7 years. The weighted-average period of amortization for acquired technologies as of March 31, 2014 is 6.7 years, and the weighted-average remaining period of amortization is 4.9 years.
