The balance in time deposits that meet or exceed the FDIC insurance limit of $250,000 totaled $30.8 million and $40.6 million as of December 31, 2022 and 2021, respectively.

The aggregate amount of demand deposits that are overdrawn and have been reclassified as loans was $613,000 and $192,000 as of December 31, 2022 and 2021, respectively.

Certain directors and executive officers of the Company, including family members or companies in which they are principal owners, are deposit customers of the Company. The total deposits of directors and executive officers was $5.7 million and $7.3 million as of December 31, 2022 and 2021, respectively.
