Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 15, 2017, CB Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on the Company’s outstanding shares of stock. The dividend of $0.22 per share will be paid on or about March 20, 2017 to stockholders of record on March 10, 2017.
A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is included as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

CB Financial Services, Inc. Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
CARMICHAELS, Pa., Feb. 15, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CB Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ:CBFV), the holding company for Community Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per outstanding share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about March 20, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 10, 2017.
