2. Longboard Capital Advisors, LLC is the Investment Manager of Grayboard Investments, Ltd. Grayboard Investments, Ltd. owns 210,538 shares of Common Stock and 210,538 Warrants to purchase Common Stock in ENDRA Life Sciences, Inc.
