Ashford Inc.’s Board of Directors has approved a plan to terminate the registration of its common stock with the SEC and discontinue its listing on the NYSE American Stock Exchange. We believe it is in the company’s best interest to pursue this strategy. This plan is subject to a vote of Ashford’s stockholders. The meeting for that vote has been scheduled for July 22, 2024.

Our records indicate that you currently own shares of Ashford Inc. common stock and are eligible to vote. Proxies for that vote have been sent out, and if you haven’t already received your proxy via email or US mail, you should receive it soon. Given the importance of this vote, it is imperative that you vote your shares before the July 22 meeting date. We are asking shareholders to vote before Friday, July 5, 2024.
