WHEREAS, upon the death of Oleg M. Pohotsky on July 13, 2022, Tekla World Healthcare Fund (the “Fund”) issues this notice in accordance with the terms of the Declaration of Trust of the Fund, dated April 2, 2014 and filed with the Secretary of State of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on April 3, 2014, as amended;

NOW, THEREFORE, as a result of the foregoing Trustee death, the six Trustees of the Tekla Healthcare Opportunities Fund are:
