TRANSFER OF OWN SHARES UNDER LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN 2019

ANTWERP, Belgium, May 13, 2022 – In accordance with article 8:6 of the Royal Decree executing the Belgian Code of Companies and Associations, Euronav NV (NYSE: EURN & Euronext: EURN) (“Euronav” or the “Company”) announces that the Company has transferred treasury shares OTC to members of the management board in accordance with the Long Term Incentive Plan 2019. The shares were delivered under the terms of each individual incentive plan as follows:
