Item 8.01. Other Events.

Management’s unaudited estimate of the range of the net asset value per share of our common stock as of March 31, 2024 was between $9.11 and $9.21.

In addition, management’s unaudited estimate of the range of our net investment income and realized gain/loss per share of our common stock for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 was between $0.27 and $0.31. The unaudited estimate of the range of our net investment income and realized gain/loss per share of our common stock for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 is net of non-recurring estimated expenses of $0.02 per share related to the issuance of the Company's 8.00% Series F Term Preferred Stock due 2029.
