⁽¹⁾            In the first quarter of fiscal 2021, the Company recognized a $6 million settlement charge in Other income (expense) in the Consolidated Statements of Operations related to the final asset transfers associated with the termination of the Company’s U.S. qualified pension plan.

Other postretirement benefit costs were less than $1 million for each of the three months ended December 31, 2021 and 2020.
