Item 6.04 Failure to Make a Required Distribution.

The April 18, 2022 distribution (the ”April Distribution’’) due to holders of certificates of the WFRBS Commercial Mortgage Trust 2014-C20 was made one business day late on April 19, 2022 by Computershare Trust Company, N.A., as agent for Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Certificate Administrator.  The inadvertent delay of the required distribution, consisting of approximately $7,919,774.86, was because of an administrative error relating to late input of information in an internal system.  The error resulted in a delay in the release of the payment information to the payment processing system. The impact of this error was limited to the April Distribution. Reports to investors were posted timely.
