The purpose of this Registration Statement is to register (i) 1,755,060 additional shares of the registrant’s common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”), reserved for issuance under the Registrant’s Amended and Restated 2017 Stock Incentive Plan, and (ii) 127,530 additional shares of Common Stock reserved for issuance under the Registrant’s 2017 Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
