On November 14, 2022, Vascular Biogenics Ltd (“VBL”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2022, which press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K. Also filed as Exhibits 99.2 and 99.3 to this Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K are VBL’s unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial statements as of September 30, 2022 and for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022 and 2021 and a discussion of its operating and financial review and prospects for the third quarter ended September 30, 2022.
