Atlantica Yield announces changes in its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee

June 9, 2017- Atlantica Yield plc (NASDQ: ABY) announced today that as part of its initiative to improve its corporate governance practices, Mr. Santiago Seage has resigned as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Seage will continue in his position as Chief Executive Officer and Director.
