March 1, 2017- Atlantica Yield plc (the “Company”) (NASDQ: ABY) announced today a change of the previously announced record date for the Company’s upcoming regular quarterly dividend to March 6, 2017 from February 28, 2017. The dividend amount of $0.25 per share will be payable on March 15, 2017 to holders of record as of March 6, 2017.
