On May 7, 2024, Peakstone Realty Trust (the “Registrant”) issued a press release and supplemental information discussing the Registrant’s financial results and operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. Copies of the press release and supplemental information are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are each incorporated by reference herein.
