The redemption price per share is expected to be the redemption rate set forth in the following table which is based upon the number of years the stock is held:

2 or more but less than 3		95.0% of the price paid to acquire the shares from us
3 or more but less than 4		97.5% of the price paid to acquire the shares from us
4 or more		100.0% of the price paid to acquire the shares from us
