Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Effective November 7, 2024, Aurinia appointed Craig Johnson to the Board. Mr. Johnson has more than 30 years of experience serving in senior financial management roles and governing companies in the biotechnology industry. The Company also announced that Dr. Robert T. Foster has retired from the Board effective November 5, 2024.
