On April 13, 2020, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Summit Therapeutics plc (the “Company) appointed current director Dr. Elaine Stracker as interim Chief Operating Officer of the Company.

On April 17, 2020, the Board (i) appointed current director Dr. Ventzislav Stefanov as Executive Vice President of the Company and President of Discuva and (ii) elected Ramses Erdtmann to serve as a non-executive director of the Company.
