Basis of presentation	Basis of presentation The accompanying condensed consolidated financial statements and related notes include the activity of majority owned subsidiaries of 51% or more. The condensed consolidated financial statements have been prepared on the accrual basis of accounting in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America. All material intercompany balances and transactions have been eliminated in consolidation.
