Explanation of Responses:

1. Thomas DeNunzio retains an indirect beneficial interest in the Company by and through his membership interest in CRS Consulting, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, the controlling shareholder of the Issuer. Paul Moody and Jeffrey DeNunzio are also equitable members of CRS Consulting, LLC. In total, CRS Consulting, LLC owns and controls 527,051,684 shares of common stock and 2,550 Convertible Series A preferred stock of the Issuer.
