Hailiang Education Group Inc. to Host Third Quarter of Fiscal Year 2021 Earnings Conference Call at 8:30 am ET on May 27, 2021 

 

HANGZHOU, China, May 19, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Hailiang Education Group Inc. (Nasdaq: HLG) ("Hailiang Education" or the "Company"), an education and management services provider of primary, middle, and high schools in China, announced today that the Company will host its earnings conference call on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 8:30 am Eastern Time (5:30 am Pacific Time/8:30 pm Beijing Time) to discuss the Company's financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2021 ended March 31, 2021 (the "Financial Results"). The Company intends to file the Financial Results on Form 6-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission and release its earnings press release after the market closes on Wednesday, May 26, 2021.
