Included within Other (income) / expense, net are gains associated with acquisitions completed during the respective periods.  Such income events are non-standard in nature and not reflective of the Company’s core operating results.  During the twelve months ended June 30, 2015, the Company recorded a gain of $3.2 million on the re-measurement of a cost investment in an entity that became a wholly owned subsidiary as of October 2014, a $7.0 million bargain purchase gain for an acquisition completed in July 2014, and a $1.3 million loss on the redeemable noncontrolling interest in June 2015.
